PLAYING NOW: UTADA HIKARU - BLUE

Finals coming up by next week... OMG JUST 1 MORE WEEK?! Hmmmm... lemme check what else is coming up for this coming week. Mathematic test is coming up this Wednesday, and the last assignment needs to be passed up this coming Friday, but needs to be presented this Tuesday. In the previous post, my group assignment decided to write about the company, HUEVisualab. Due to certain unavoidable reasons, we had to do a last minute change on the company, and my friend suggested that we interview a kindergarten. I shall repeat again, a K-I-N-D-E-R-G-A-R-T-E-N. My friend had a close contact with the principal of the kindergarten, which is Shining Star, a Christian based kindergarten. I'm surprise to see how advance the education system is now, compare to those time back then when I was in my kindergarten, Tadika Brainchild. We had a great interview and obtained a lot of useful information as our resource for our assignment. Hope to compile all those information into documentation by tomorrow and present it in 2 days time. Wow... Tough weeks ahead.

Yesterday was the Subang Christian Fellowship Rally 2006. Didn't join for morning and afternoon session, but went for the night concert. I haven't heard any proper feedbacks yet from friends on the morning and afternoon session. The night rally wasn't what I'm really expecting... especially the sound system. I wonder if they hired cheap PA guys to do it or what, or get students to handle it. Other than that, it was.... okay. I’ve a talk with Iain this morning about our y06thz rally. It was good to not have it at this month, because too many events coming up in church, especially the huge big 10th Anniversary event, even though others said that we should do it.

Well, leaving that behind.... again, today is teh sixteen!!! Time flies really fast... I mean really fast. For those who don't know what I'm talking about, too bad XD

I'm off to nerding mode. I-have-1-more-week-to-study. 1 more week!! This feels much more pressure than SPM. I don't know why, but yeah, it kinda feels like it.

*Phew*... 2 assignments in 1 week is really rushing. Thank God that I get to complete both assignments on time, even though I have to stay up the whole night/morning to complete them. 1 last assignment for this semester... a long-written/printed group assignment for Organisation and Social Environment subject. We have 1 week to complete it, and yet my group haven't even start. Basically this assignment is about how the business environment affects an organisation/company relating it to the topics that we learned in the subject, and the organisation that my group is going to write about is HUEVisualab. I like the Flash design in that site *thumbs up*.

Last week was my cousin's wedding dinner here. Well, normal wedding dinner that you usually see. Other than that, my whole family, 40+ of us had a dinner in Teluk Gong on the previous night, and we actually chartered a bus to go there.

I'm really tired now, but I don't think I get to take a long nap since I have to capture all the drama skit from my class into the puter. Anyway, I had fun watching some of the dramas again, where it is really really funny XD

One thing I realised today after for so many many years, that Tom and Jerry (not the Kids version, but the very first Tom and Jerry) is a very violent cartoon. It looks funny, but... it's just violent. Yet, the kids in my house are watching it and laughing all the way.

That's all for now. I'm off to wash teh dusty car, due to some weird/dusty rain this morning when I was in college. Almost every car was covered with dust from rain.

*Yawwwwwwwwwwwwwwnnn*... Kinda tired this few days due to lack of sleep. Oh well, I still blog this entry before I'm off to bed.

Watched Cars last few days back with Eng Park and Jared, and whoa... It is indeed a movie that must watch!! I mean, you wouldn't believe that those Pixars designers are that crazy and very detail on the graphics. Storyline.. err, normal storyline that you has seen in almost every animated-cartoon movies, like Over The Hedge, Madagascar, etc.

After the movie, decided to cut my hair, since my mum is already bugging me to cut because I have not cut it a long time. Usually, I'll just have a normal-simple-easy haircut nearby my house, but this time I had decided to give a shot to cut my hair in one of the hairsalon... "short & spiky", and this is the result of it in the picture below.

Funny?? Laugh all you want =p It cost me RM20 at iCube for this haircut by the way. I got a few feedback on my hair. My dad was like having one of his best laugh of his life when he saw this, and I'm not kidding XD While in college, most of them had a "reality shock" on this and just couldn't believe what they have seen.

Cousin's wedding is this Saturday. My uncle and aunty from US and UK is here at the moment, and just went out for dinner with them. Glad to see them, especially my uncle and aunty from US because I have not see them for quite some time, which is about 2 years.

And................ DRAMA HAS BEEN COMPLETED!! Completed as in done already. No more drama for me. Since one of the assignment is down now, I've to start doing on the other assignment. *sigh*

Before I end, this may be one of my last entry for this blog, as I don't really have time to actually blog, or probably lazy too XD Well, maybe not... see how it goes la. Ja!

TODAY IT'S TEH SIX-TEEN!!!! <333333

Anyway, I've been kinda busy lately. Preparing for speaking assignment a.k.a. drama which it will be on next Monday. What else... Yeah, I'm suppose to do the presentation for Malaysian Studies yesterday, but due to time, it has been postponed to next week. Not only that, even Hidden Street has a lot of work that needs to be updated.

Last night while having mamak session, a sorta "idea" popped up from my mind. I've discussed about it with some of my friends, but some of them said that it's weird, while some said that it's really interesting. I don't know why this "idea" suddenly popped up... Probably learned too much business in college already XD Anyway, I'll try to make the "idea" come true.. Just hope that I have time to do so.

Tonight, Pas. Daniel.... Discussing on the Da Vinci Code. I don't think I've anything to ask, cos I haven't even read nor watch the show yet.

Hidden Street : Hacked?

Hidden Street got hacked?!?!?!?! Well, not exactly. Its forum got hacked by some fella who is too free and got-nothing-else-to-do but to just waste his and our time.

I don't really know how he hack. Basically he got into the forum's Administration panel through some where in the forum and *blam*.. There he goes defacing the forum. Clem and I manage to play around with him and banned him from accessing into the forum nor the site. Even though he renew his IP, he won't be able to play around any more, as we have closed the forum's registration. Therefore, he can't create an account and continue playing around with us =.=" We have wasted 30 minutes of our time trying to kick this fella out. Argh. Irritating, but it was a good experience since we had never face this before.

World Cup 2006, Keeps The World Talking, has started. So far, the only match I watched was England VS Paraguay. A disappointed boring game which ended England 1-0 Paraguay.

School holiday is over. I expect that tmrw's traffic jam will be bad. Better leave to college earlier tmrw >_>"

Fuh, good news for me. Malaysian Studies assignment is done!! We're suppose to present today, but thank God that it has been postponed to next week, as the 1st group wasn't prepared at all, so they request for the presentation to be next week. My group haven't really prepare also. Not only that, Malaysian Studies test will be postpone to next week also. I don't know why it has been postponed, but it was like a last minutes news about it. Good thing too, cos I didn't study that much.

Today's Star newspaper front page caught my attention. As most of you all know, it's about Pak Lah being criticised by Tun Dr. Mahathir. Sounds like a big issue to me, since Dr. M is suppose to be just a normal citizen now, instead of like having the power of the PM again to bring up issues, especially the new Johor-Singapore bridge. Didn't read through the article about it in the papers, but the Malaysian Studies lecturer basically explain briefly about the issue about it, saying that Pak Lah is more cost-effective. Well, let's just leave that issue behind and not talk about it anymore. I'm worried that I might get caught and put in prison under Internal Security Act (ISA) if I ter-touch any sensitive issue. No jokes on this =/

My brother's wedding is confirmed on the 18th of November this year. Mum just made some calls to her sisters announcing them to set that day free to attend my bro's wedding. I'm not sure where it'll be, but all I know is that it'll very simple wedding dinner. But before my brother's wedding, it'll be my cousin's wedding from England, and it will be on the 24th of June this year if I'm not mistaken. Yeap, just 2-3 more weeks away. The wedding will be here in Subang. Thus, I don't need to travel far... but I was actually hoping that they will do one in UK so that I can travel there.

Tomorrow will be a long day again, as class replacement will be until 4 or 5pm, and at night will be the Da Vinci Code : The Deception. Not the movie, but it's an hour of documentary I think. I wonder how interesting it will be, even though I haven't watch the movie nor read the novel yet. Plus, I wonder how many people around the world will be talking about World Cup since it's officially starting tomorrow. FYI, I'm not a World Cup freak. So don't expect me to talk much about teams and players. Even if you ask me which team I support, I don't even know which team to choose.

Hmmm.... oh yeah, congrats to Taugeh for getting short-listed to sit for the ASEAN Scholarship selection test, which it will be this Sunday... All the best!! =) Congrats to Clem too for purchasing his FIRST ~~BABE~~ ~~TOY~~ LAPTOP with his own money!! Wow, imagine how much Hidden Street "paid" him =P lol.

Study Break or Semester Break?

I'm half-way through my semester break, and it seems there's nothing much to blog about, except for the Drama assignment meeting that my group had last few days back. I'll be taking as one of the main character in the script, which requires alot of talking and weird expressions that I have not done it in any drama before.. Bleh~ =.=" Basically, this is what I do from the starting of my semester break until now:-

3. MapleStory!!

Yes, study... But I don't quite understand on the subject that I'm studying, especially Malaysian Studies. It is like totally a new subject even though I have studied some of it during Form 5. Just that, it's in English!! When my lecturer translate some of the words in BM, such as Constitution which is Perlembagaan in BM, then only I understand what does it mean. Well, just hope next week's test will be ... easy?? lol.

Okay, I'm off now. Back to study ... or Maple Story?? Study break... or semester break?? Hmmm.... *remembers delay grafitication that was taught during English class*

Nothing much to talk about here. Sleepover event in church was fun though, with all the committees' effort in the games especially, where we had a good time and also good laughter. How about Mother's Day? Well, went out to Outback Steakhouse, Bangsar Village with my mum, dad, bro and bro's gf.

Fuh, I'm officially 6570 days old!! This year's birthday celebration seems to be as usual like last year, but this time with more of my friends. What I did for my birthday? Nothing much... Just went to Asia Cafe and belanja them dinner, Counter-Strike after that, and a session of mamak at USJ 11 Tanjung before we headed back home. I was surprised with some of the prezzies that my friends gave me... didn't expect for those prezzies.

I was surprised this morning when I read the news (click here to read it online) about this...

"Windows warning - Basically, a message stating “This copy of Windows is not genuine ...” will be permanently affixed to the operating system’s login screen, and a similar message will randomly pop up on the desktop whenever the machine is in use."

Good thing I'm using genuine Windows XP. In fact, 3 of my PCs in the house are genuine Windows. So, I guess I don't need to worry about it. For those who are still using pirated Windows, go get a genuine Windows XP now!!! XD But I bet there will be some hackers who will be able to get rid of this for sure... just not sure how long they will take to do it.

Tips* For those who are using un-genuine Windows XP, please turn off your Automatic Updates NOW.

Today ish Saturday......... Wow, what a sentence to start XD

This week seems to be an interesting week... Accidents accidents and accidents. There was an accident that involved 5 cars. Kinda bad accident and cause a long jam.... You know la Malaysia culture to be keh-poh-chee when there is any accident. Plus, I had my first college homework. Yeap, and it is an English essay on "Ways to reduce car accidents" =.=" Quite interesting topic, but my idea for that essay is kinda off. Haven't been writing essays for quite some time already since SPM was over.

Yesterday (Friday) I didn't have college, due to the Sports Carnival that was held in Sri Petaling community hall, or something like that. Didn't join any sports, so I just stayed at home and relax. Not only relax, but also do updates and play Kingdom Hearts II. Total time played for Kingdom Hearts II is already 21 hours, and still haven't finish. Compare to the previous Kingdom Hearts, the total time played was only 15 hours. Very big improvement in KH II though.. and the story line is getting more interesting and confuse. Even Chicken Little was included inside that game XD

Today nothing much happen... *ahem ahem*... Missed Easter Rally in SMKSU though.

PLAYING NOW : CHRIS TOMLIN - FAMOUS ONE

Things that happened/I did during this week:-

1. Fix PC. Now taugeh get to go online with peace XD
2. Drive to college as usual and formal lesson started. Mathematic teacher was talking with the same tone and expression. Therefore, it's boring.
3. Went to cafe on Monday night. It was the best counter-strike session that we had, with 14 of us, including my cousin, d3kz. Laughter throughout the 1 hour CS session.
4. Started playing Kingdom Hearts II.
5. Didn't go for Prayer Meeting.
6. Received a check from Clicksors. USD$162.00.
7. Aunty Floreen asked me to do games for CPC this Saturday. At least 5 games.
8. Clem just rejected a good offer on full pop-up page by Clickors.

Week 15 is still going on... and tomorrow will be Good Friday (What's Good Friday?). Look's like there won't be YF. Instead, there will be a combine HF and YF. Don't know whether there will be a special speaker coming tomorrow.

My friends are going to have another holiday trip. The last one that I went was Langkawi, and now they are going to Pulau Tioman. Since college started already, I won't be able to join them... So I guess I've to stay at home and study. They will be leaving this Sunday, at 11:30PM.... at night =.="

Quite alot of stuffs to do this weekend... CPC games is one of them. Even updating Hidden Street is taking quite alot of my time, due to the updates in the game.

Study week in APIIT

PLAYING NOW : AAA - SHALALA KIBO NO HOSHI

Orientation was done last week. I don't think I need to explain how it was again as I blog about it already in the previous post.

This week of college is kinda fun... even though the first 2 days were kinda bored as it was the introduction lesson on each subject. Something like orientation, but it's not. After those introduction, the lecturers began to teach. I have 4 subjects for this 1st semester. They are Mathematic, English, Personal Development and Study Method, and Organisational and Social Environment. Most of the subjects listed were communication subject. We have to do alot of presentation, even though the presentation is just a simple one, like an ice-breaking session that we had again. The only bad during lecture time was that the Mathematic teacher is boring!! His introduction on Mathematic wasn't what we expected and we were really bored to death listening to his lecture on it. Good thing next week will be the 1st chapter of Mathematic after introduction... which is Algebra. If I'm not mistaken, we are gonna learn form 2 work again >_>"

I brought my laptop along with me too. Manage to connect to APIIT's network system wirelessly, but can't access to MSN Messenger, Yahoo messenger, e-messenger and every other chat program 'cos they blocked all of them =.=" What works was the in-build Google Talk in Gmail. TMNET Hotspot is available, but you have to pay monthly for it, and I think it isn't worth it as I don't go online all the time in college.

I get to know more friends this week... Mostly boys of course, since out of 65 students (Yeah, my class is HUGE) only 15 of them were the girls. 2 Malays, 6 Indians, 2 from Pakistan, and the rest are all Chinese. I got this friend who was really a chinese-ed and his English was really really poor. It was kinda funny to hear him speak English as he couldn't really speak English properly. Plus, there was this chinese guy from Kelantan and his surname was kinda cool, which is "Owi". Sounds like "Obi-Wan", who was one of the character in Star Wars.

Oh yeah, my lecture who teach Organisational and Social Environment started a blog for my class. I don't know why he started it, but yeah.. he did. Probably it was for fun or for communicating or for people who don't have blog would have a chance to post their entry in that blog.

2 days ago, I had a some kinda gathering with my class/schoolmates again. Something like those mamak session that we usually had, but we did it 'cos our friend, Andy who will be leaving on China with my friend Ryui Bynn on that day itself. Ryui Bynn didn't join us 'cos he had his dinner with his family.

Orientation Day in APIIT

APIIT is a super happening college!!! But orientation session was boring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

................... Well, not that 'boring', just that their programs doesn't really interest me. Even their ice-breaking session was kinda cin-cai and they expect us to remember 90 students in one day >_>" But at least I get to know some of them and make friends with them.

My class at the moment, which is temporary, reminds me of my class when I was in secondary school, 5 Bestari. As I said earlier, there were like 90 students in my class (17 girls, the rest are all boys. Most boys are chinese-ed and Dota players), and when the lecturer ask us a simple question with semangat-ness like "DID YOU HAVE FUN TODAY?!?!?!"

Everyone in the class was like, "........................................................................................"

90 of the students didn't really answer the question and kept quiet. It didn't happen once only, but happens almost all the time. Same goes to my 5B last year, especially during Physic class. Now let me tell my story on this 3 days orientation in Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology:

1st day
Arrived at 10AM in college. Registered to get the Student ID, which I did not get it 'cos they did not take my picture earlier when I enrolled for the course. Got my Student ID though after taking my picture. Everyone gathered in one of the room and started off with some briefing or whatever it is which I've forgotten already 'cos I didn't listen much. After that, we did the ice-breaking session. There were 2 groups that was divided. 1 of the group make a circle and the 2nd group makes a inner-circle facing us and did our introduction of ourselves. Once you've done introducing youself/himself/herself, the inner-circle will take one step to the right to meet with the next person. These was what we said to intro ourselves, as what I've remembered...

"Hello, my name is ................... Nice to meet you!"
"Hi, errr, my name is .................... hehehehe"
"Hello, my name is ....................."

Not-so-interesting ice-breaking session.. but what to do, everyone doesnt seem to have the semangat-ness to do.

After the ice-breaking session, I had my first lunch break in APIIT. I ate Ramli Burger for my lunch in APIIT... can you believe it?! Well, not because I want to eat burger. The main reason was because the cafeteria was packed and there weren't any more tables for my friends and I to sit and eat our lunch if we eat 'chap-fun'. So, we ended up buying that 'economical-burger' for RM2.50 and eat while standing. Once the lunch break was over, we continue on with the briefing... Briefing on Processes, Administration Briefing, Academic Briefing and Technology & Innovation Briefing". Reached home at 5PM by car.

2nd Day
I was late 15 minutes for class >_>" Thanks to the unexpected long jam near the IOI mall highway. I lost quite a number of minutes going through the jam. In APIIT, the SARC (Student Activities and Recreation Council Team. Shortform isn't pronounce as "suck" but it is pronounce as Student ARC) organised the Scavenger Hunt, where we have to go round the whole campus finding for the lecturer/staff for their signature for a question. This was the only event that I find it quite interesting as I get to know the staff and those who is in-charge of this and that and balblabla. During lunch, my friends and I manage to find a table for us to seat and eat 'chap-fun'!! Had my first proper-lunch in APIIT for RM2.70 without drink. Other than that, briefing as usual >_>" Reached home at 4:30PM by car.

3rd Day
I was on time, exactly 9AM. This time no jam on that IOI mall highway. Today was abit different where we can wear casual outfit (For your info, APIIT students are only allowed to wear formal) 'cos we did some dancing!! Yes, APIIT invited California Fitness to coach us some of the simple/basic steps. We were famous because we had lots of fan from the 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor, and 4th floor. Wow, yeah... and California Fitness did gave us a short talk on fitness. I think that we kinda piss them off abit as most of us do not respond to their question. Everything went well though. For lunch, I had their "famous" chicken rice. It was erm... good? Not that bad, but it's nice I guess. RM3 + RM1 for sugar cane... not bad not bad. Still reasonable. After lunch, we had a talk on "Learning skills" where we have to do some research and do a presentation in front of the 90 students. My group didn't manage to do the presentation cos there wasn't enough time for us. So our effort was wasted =( Doesn't matter anyway. Reached home at 6:30PM by taking STAR LRT/KTM/Bus.

That's my story for the 3-day orientation. Next week will be my first week of the module. Yay!! Good to start... I've enough of this orientation already >_>

My brain is currently 50% on and 50% and I hope you all understand what I write in this entry.

My college life starts tomorrow. Kinda excited to know what is it like to study in a different environment in APIIT, with my beautiful toy, the Dell Inspiron 630m.

Dad will be fetching me to the campus, and we plan to have breakfast at 8:30am before fetching me to the campus.

I'll be totally "alone" there, as in no friends that I know will be studying in that college. So looks like I've to mix around and meet new friends.

It'll be an interesting adventure for me... I hope =)

w00t!! I'm posting this entry with my new laptop!! Am glad to have this laptop, as it is obviously so much faster than the other comp that i usually use. With this laptop, I'll be able to bring it to college to do my online research/homework/assignment by using this... It makes my life much easier. Nyahahaha~ Am currently too lazy to display the specs of this laptop. Just know that this comp is 3x faster than my normal PC which is just a AMD Duron 900Mhz (equilavent to Pentium III 500Mhz)

College will be starting next Monday. I have decided to stay over near the campus there, but I'll try it out by asking my dad to fetch me to college for 1 week and see how it goes. If it is too troublesome/tiring for me and my dad, I guess we'll have to look for a room-to-rent. Unless anybody wanna sponsor me a car so that I can drive myself to college everyday =P

Since college is starting next week, means no more working days for me! Also, it means that tomorrow is my pay-day! Weeeeheee!! Money money money! I'm running out of money 'cos I actually paid half the price of this laptop, while my dad paid the other half. So, it is really a good thing that I'll get my pay tomorrow!! .. I hope >.<"

PLAYING NOW: AYAKA - I BELIEVE

Youth Camp was great!!! Even though most of the campers said that last year was more fun and crazy. I was involved in the games, and the games went well, except for the 2nd day that rained like crazy. Some of the boys even swam at 12AM on the 3rd day if I'm not mistaken... Really crazy >_>"

During camp, SPM result came out. I wasn't really nervous about it by the way... and I didn't even thought that my parents would inform me about my results via SMS. They manage to call Clem to ask for my results. So smart of them to get his number from my school magazine =.=" Anyway, I'm glad and not so glad with my results... Well, how should I explain? lol. The subjects that I didn't expect to get A got A, while the subjects that didn't expect to get B got B... Yeah, that kind of feeling I guess. Overall, I'm satisfy with my results and everything is over!!! There is nothing to worry about my results now!!

After came back from camp, something else happened. Clem's youngest bro, Brandon went missing!!! For full details about it, click here to read what happened that day. To cut the story short, Subang Parade's Manager found Brandon >_> Thank God!

I went out the whole day yesterday... Therefore, I skipped CPC. Went off to APIIT in the morning and manage to register for the 27th of March intake. So, my holiday will end soon and I will be back to school >.<>_>'' Well, not really complete though... Iain wants the Bridge part of the song and it wasn't done yet. It's a nice song to me... Sounds different from what we usually hear from Hillsong and Planet Shakers. You can hear that song this Friday during YF.... if Iain wants to sing.

PLAYING NOW: RYAN CABRERA - TAKE IT ALL AWAY

Yesterday I didn't go to work... took a day off 'cos I was sick for the whole day. I didn't expect to fall sick and it was really sudden. Didn't slept well at all on that night.. keep on having this weird dream due to petrol price that went up. LoL... It's really weird. Can't really remember the dream, but I know it's about that. When I woke up, my whole body was aching, stomach having abit of problem and my head was having a hyper headache. It's like I'm having the same sickness again that I had a few months ago, and that sickness was terrible!!!!

After taking Panadol, went back to sleep again until 1 o'clock in the afternoon. Woke up again, eat porridge for lunch, and went back to sleep again at 3pm until 7pm =.=" Body was as hot as the sauna room during the evening. Thank God for air-con, if not I'll be sweating and flooding the room. At night, my headache began to cool down, and I was feeling so much better. Get to sleep well for the whole night and phewwwwwww... I'm not sick anymore. Probably it must be God's healing touch over me. I was surprised that I'm feeling fine today. Thanks to all who have prayed for me =)

Almost lost it

SPM results..... officially coming out on the 13th of March 2006!!! That is like another 2 weeks left, and I'll be in youth camp during that time. I wonder whether I should take my result in the morning on the 13th, or I should take after the youth camp. At last my holiday is going to be over soon and I'll be moving on to college. Argh, I have not check out on my college course also... Better check it out as soon as possible. Hopefully by next Saturday.

Oh well, enough of SPM... Kinda nervous when I think of it.

Last few days, I almost lost my wallet. Not to say it went lost... I mean... well, here goes the super-short story:

Saturday night before going off to dinner with Unc Stephen and Aunty Irin, I couldn't find my wallet at home. Didn't care about finding it, and rushed off to their car. Sunday morning, I tried to find my wallet again, but it can't be found anywhere in the house. Mum helped to find for my wallet in the whole house after Sunday service, but couldn't find it too. I was sure that I didn't let drop it out from my pocket or something... I also can't remember where I actually put it. If it got lost somewhere in the house, it's impossible to not find it, cos it's not as small as a tiny little screw. I was thinking where I could've probably lost/dropped it... which I thought it might be in church or car. Well, I can't even find from those 2 places. I told my parents that I couldn't find it, and my dad was really making a big fuss about it. He said that once the IC lost, it'll be very troublesome, and yeah, I agree with that. Next morning, my mum called Aunty Irin just to check whether I dropped my wallet at the back of her car on Saturday night... And to my bigbigbigbigbigbig surprise, she found my wallet. I was shocked... of how my wallet ended in that car when I couldn't find my wallet before I went out dinner with them. Prolly it was in my pocket all the while, just that I didn't realize it.

PLAYING NOW: JUWITA SUWITO - YOU IN ME

Games are getting better nowadays... graphics are getting smoother, the texture of a game is getting so much more detail, the size of a game is getting sosososo much more bigger than it used to be, game developers are also getting more smarter and more creative, even the gameplay is getting more interesting. What does all this mean? One, much more powerful machine is needed. Two, you need to spend more money to keep on upgrading your machine.

Yes, my gaming world is fading off 'cos I couldn't fulfill the One and Two. My puter is getting slower nowadays... not because of more files or virus in it. It's just that the specs of my puter couldn't support new games nowadays. New games nowadays are just too graphic intensive and it totally slows down my comp... or probably crash it. Even now, new consoles are available now and also some coming out in the near future, such as the Nintendo Dual-Screen (DS), Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP), Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Nintendo GameBoy Micro. I couldn't afford for this consoles too 'cos no money la. My brother used to own the latest consoles last time, such as the GameBoy Advance, GameBoy Advance SP, Playstation 2 and Xbox, and I get them play games on those consoles. But I guess his gaming world faded off quite long already as he isn't really interested with any of this new consoles anymore, as they are getting much more expensive. I asked my mum yesterday whether I can buy a Nintendo DS when Clem and Wai Hong came over my house with their PSP and DS to test out the Wi-Fi. Well, this is what she said:-

Mum: "NoNoNononononononononoononoooooooo~~~ Don't waste money on this kinda things. Waste time also. No point buying those. I think you keep the money to belanja me is much better. Hahahaha" ............................. =.="

Yeah, she got a point there. Save money and belanja people to make them happier is much better right?? What do you think?? lol. I think gamers will hit me on that point. The only game that I'm playing now since early year 2005 is MapleStory, a 2D Massively Multi-Player Online Roll-Playing Game (MMORPG). My comp can support that game well, so that's why I've been playing it till now.

PLAYING NOW: STAIND - SO FAR AWAY

I called Metro yesterday to ask whether my P license is ready, and they said yes. Unfortunately, I couldn't collect the license since the office was closed, as me, cax, eric, ammie and li teng went shopping for camp stuffs and came back after office hours.

So, this morning I went to the office again (Good thing the office is just opposite my house) to collect my license... AND I GOT IT AT LAST!!!

taaaaaaaadaaaaaaaaaaaa.....

"Jon Loh, you have obtained 1 [P] Driving License"

w00t!!! After I went and collect my license, I started my first driving on the road... to church which is just 5 minutes away from my house. My mum sat beside me to keep watch on me, and she said she was kinda nervous and scare of my driving as I looked pretty confident in my driving... I don't even feel that I'm confident on the road >_>" Anyway, reached church safely (amen~) and my mum took the driving seat and drove back home, while I went up and started my work.

At night, my dad wanted to go over to Un. Say Yeong's house to fix printer and I get to drive the car all the way to Kota Kemuning. My mum came too... and as usual, she was kinda scare and nervous with the way I'm driving. It was pretty fun to drive on the highway cos' the road is wide and get to speed... Didn't speed at 100+ km/h though... Mum don't allow me to do so. She'll make much noise when the speedo meter touches 100 km/h. I better not drive fast too, as I'm a n00b driver on road. Dad didn't comment much about my driving. He was kinda relax and cool.. unlike my mum... lol.

Overall, first day of driving wasn't that bad. I enjoyed it... I remember about Clem's first driving on road last year, when he fetched me from my house to tuition. I've got nothing to say about it =P

Everyone is getting new console nowadays. xZ got a PSP, Clem got a DS, and Shawn got a PSP yesterday!!! I can't believe Shawn is into PSP. He told me that he uses it for Video, music, photos, and only 1 game at the moment... Pro Evolution Soccer 5 which is his favourite and always play on PS2 during his lunch break. Argh, I want a DS too!! But, kinda waste money on it when I think about it. *sigh*

Hmmmmmmmmmm, well... interesting day I had today afterall... really interesting... other than driving too =)

Today is teh day, that I had my driving test. I manage to pass the test!! Wohoooo!!! "Pakej garenti (ejaan betulkah?) sampai lulus".... faham faham la. Anyway, waited for so toot long for my turn to do the test. 250+ (probably 300) of us, the noob drivers, were tested today. Yeah, that's alot of people. Even the JPJ was like "Hari ini panas takpa, tapi tengok kat situ... berlaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaambak orang kat situ". Hahahaha, poor thing, but JPJ, that's your job!!!! Reached at the testing course at 8:30am, registered for the test immediately but 12:30pm only get to do my test. 3 hours of waiting... really long. Finished my test at 3+ pm, as they had their lunch break from 1:30pm-2:30. After I did all the test, went back to the office and settle everything. And today I almost the MOST craziest thing of my life... ALMOST. This was what I planned.

WALKING FROM METRO DRIVING CENTRE (Located in Kg. Subang.. Pass Terminal 3 and Airod) TO MY HOME SWEET HOME!!!

Taking car from my house to that centre takes about 30 minutes when the traffic is smooth.... Wow, imagine how long I've to walk... Maybe take 1-2 hours. But, I did really walk... but gave up half-way after walking for 30 minutes. I stopped by at one of the mamak around that area, and called my dad to pick me. He did came to pick me up from PJ after I waited for 30 minutes. Phew, good thing I didn't really walk home. Dad wanted to buy for me a pint Häagen-Dazs ice-cream as my reward for passing my driving test. I was like woah woah, no need man... hahaha. He dropped by at Taipan's Berry cakehouse where they sell that ice-cream, but now, no more. They "used" to sell it there. Went back after that.

6:30pm, went for FutsaL at Rio. I feel very good after playing FutsaL for 1 1/2 hour. I don't feel that tired as last time, and no heartache (Bukan mentally heartache). Just body tired, and injured my knee by drifting it on the artificial turf.. more like carpet.

CNY Holiday | S'pore trip

Long time no update my blog. As usual, I'm kinda lazy to think what I've been doing so far. But since I'm bored now and nothing to do, I guess I'll just blog whatever that I did during the whole CNY week, tong trong trong tong chiang!

Nothing much this year's CNY. Just went back to hometown for 1 day to visit my uncles and aunties. At least 1 day, unlike last year, which I didn't go back to hometown at all. Ang pao not to say that much also, but better than nothing. After came back from hometown, SiDeWaYz had a CNY visiting trip. Went to 10 houses... So you can guess how much ang pao we've collected =P

After the following day, SiDeWaYz (not all though...) set off to S'pore on the first class bus shuttle, Aeroline for 4 days 3 nights!! I have not been to S'pore since I was 7 years old...It's really really a long time. Went there to support the All-Star Malaysia Cheerleading team (Kelvin, Sue Yenn and Sue Lynn are in that team), which got 1st place for one of the S'pore cheer-leading competition (correct ah?), and they performed for the Chingay Parade (Check out Cax's blog for pics during the parade). Cax get to be the unofficial photography crew!!! Thanks to Kelvin that made one of Cax's happiest day in his life. Also, we were there to surprise the Sue sisters... and they were shocked XD We had alot of walking and taking trains around. Didn't get to check out the whole island though. Thanks to Uncle Stephen and Aunty Irin for letting us to crash at their place for 3 nights. We did save alot of money as we have a place to sleep already. Cax did alot of shopping there... Not really alot, but the things that he bought was "woohooo"... Amazing. He WAS rich, and he IS broke XD I bought my shoe from there too, which was cheap of course.. Bought my same Adidas Superstar a.k.a. shelltoe, but different colour this time for SG$83. Wanted to buy my mouse and mousepad from there, but I don't think it was worth it to buy it from there. While xZ bought a PSP game, Kingdom of Paradise and a Nintendo DS game for his sis, Kirby Canvas Curse. On the 4th day, took an older bus (still under Aeroline) back home and it was really comfortable throughout the whole trip... Aeroline rocks, even the price rocks...........

That's all for teh update during CNY week. Everyone is back to school and work... Back to normal life, again. Driving test coming up in a few days... I shall be prepared!!

Kinda bored today, so I just went through some of the pics in puter for fun, and this pic below seems to be one of the most interesting pic that I've found ^_^

Yesterday I had my 2nd driving lesson. Wasn't that bad even though the previous lesson was like 2 weeks ago. I've already book my schedule for my driving test day, which is on the 9th of February. Good thing I get to book all the lessons and the test one shot so that I don't have to wait for another 2 weeks or so. So, I guess I'll get my license by mid of February, if everything goes smoothly, especially during the driving test.

Work is still good so far.... just that last 2 days, I've to sort out a whole bunch of old church keys (50+ keys) to ground floor, 1st floor, and 2nd floor. Was kinda headache when I saw a whole bunch of keys got mixed up and don't know which one to start. After 2 hours of thinking and trying out the keys on the locks (It's really tiring to run from 2nd floor to ground floor many many times), I managed to sort out quickly as some of the key design was the same, and 65% of the keys were done when my working time ended. I'm gonna complete the other 35% of the keys when I'm back to work next week.

Clem started work too in one of the cafe in Taipan, but I don't think he's happy with his work. You wanna know about it? Well, click here (WARNING: Bad/Naughty/Crazy/Walau-eh words in there XD Don't say that I didn't warn you!!!) I took like, 10-15 minutes (or probably more) to finish reading the whole entry. Take your time reading it, and it is way way way longer than the Langkawi trip =)

Back from Langkawi trip 4 days ago with my school friends. 8 of us went for this trip and we had a great time during the trip. Good thing we went during the off-peak season, where we see more ang-mo than our local people, but still we manage to see alot of Rem-Pits around Langkawi... ALOT. I do think that Langkawi should be called as Island of Kerempitans. For full detail about the whole Langkawi trip, check it out on Clem's blog (WARNING: There are tons of pics in that entry and could hang a 56k dial-up connection). Big thanks to Clem for writing the whole Langkawi trip in his blog :) *applause applause*. It's a really long entry though. Have some snacks while you're reading it.

YF RALLY '06 - EXTREME MAKEOVER was a success. Everything went well throughout the whole event and everyone enjoyed it. The lighting + smoke machine was awesome!! I got one pic that was posing under the light + smoke machine by using Jade's handphone camera. It looks so cool (because of me posing in the pic XD) that I might use it for promo or something for the next YF Rally which will be coming up on the 27th of July. Praise & Worship was power pack too, as we were really loud and jamming all the way for God. We only had 2 music practices, but we played like we had 5 or more practices. Really thank God for answering all of our prayers to make this event a successful one. Even the message by Pastor Chris was good.

Moving on... Today is my first working day!!! Yes, working in church. I'm typing this entry now in church. This shows that there's nothing to do in church at the moment, except waiting for time to fly.

PLAYING NOW: YELLOWCARD - ONE YEAR SIX MONTHS

I can't think of a suitable title for this post. Kinda lazy to think what title I should put for this post.

Schools are on again, and everyone are back to school and living on their usual normal life again as a school student, except for me and some others who are waiting for SPM/STPM results. The kids in my house are back to school also and it's quiet at home without them shouting up and down like they always do during the school holiday. I've been playing Maple alot for one whole week. Waking up as early as school to play Maple. I know that sounds crazy, but I really wanna level as fast as I could.

Tomorrow I'm leaving to Langkawi with my friends. 8 of us are going for this 4 days 3 nights holiday on a small lil' island. Leaving to Langkawi tomorrow on plane at 11:25am and back home to KL on the 14th of Jan at 6:25pm. Too bad Shawn can't go, as his mum kinda worried that Tsunami might hit Langkawi... I can't believe his mum said that. Either she had already plan to create a Tsunami or praying for a Tsunami to hit Langkawi. I don't know, but the reason for it isn't really logic at all.

After 1 month of holiday since SPM is over, I've found a job!! I'll be working in church soon, after the Langkawi trip. Starting from Tuesday - Saturday every week, 9am-4pm. Therefore, I don't think I'll be playing Maple much since then. I don't know how long I'll be working in church. Hmmmm... Probably until I start college which is around Jun or July... Somewhere around that time.

I've to start scouting for more courses now, instead of concertrating on IT alone. This is what my cousin told me last Thursday during music practice,

"Don't you know that there are 70,000 unemployed graduate IT. You better think properly again whether are you gonna take IT or not."

Well, that sounds scary enough. I did discuss about this with my parents and my mum suggested to me that I should go for Biotech. If that's so, will I go to form 6? I don't know... ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, think think think think.I still got another 2-3 months to think properly on what I should take. Hope I get to decide what I want to do by then.

PLAYING NOW: LIFEHOUSE - BLIND

Ding dong! It's 2006!! 2005, one of my toughest year (due to SPM) is gone. I'm out of school and moving on to the next chapter of my life.

Church did a New Year service on the 31st night. The service is like a Sunday service, just that we started off at 10PM. We had "high praise" too and it was kinda loud. Great new sound system we had and a blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaast. 2nd time I played keyboard with Piano sound since the YF Rally last year. Didn't really like to play piano actually. Just ain't my instrument.

We had LAN Party after that in church, and we started kinda early... started at 4AM with Counter-Strike first. The only problem we had this year that Eric's puter couldn't play cos' of his network card can't be detected by Windows XP. So, he had to sit back and relax and watch us play. Unlike last year, many problems we had before we could start the LAN party. Good thing we set up the puters early that time. Caxton was the best. He slept throughout the morning while all of us played until the next morning. 4 girls joined the LAN party too, which is Serene, Vernis, Audrey and Tze Mien. Serene didn't sleep at all (I think) and played DotA too with the gang. It was kinda disappointing that most of them left early when I woke up. I was kinda surprised to see 4 out of 13 puters on the table. I thought that we're gonna last until evening or something, but it didn't work out like last year.

After the LAN Party, slept for a while and went over to my uncle's house for dinner and to celebrate Dekkietos' birthday. We had a great time watching his old photos on the DVD that his dad did and also watching all the cousins (including me) running and jumping and enjoying ourselves 13 years ago. It was kinda funny to see all of us when we were young. Really miss all those memories which I have forgotten. Good thing my uncle manage to transfer those videos from video tape to DVD.

Tomorrow, schools will be reopen again and every student will be back to school. Everybody will live a normal life again as today is the last day of the public holiday. For me, life goes on with the holiday mood. Leaving to Langkawi on the 10th of January for my holiday with my friends. What more, Maple Story will have less irritating-and-no-manners-attitude singaporean kids once school starts.

Some of my friends are starting their class tomorrow in college too. Like one of my friend, Kai Shen will be starting off his first class on Electrical Engineering in Inti College. It's kinda sad that his dad forced him to go for the January in-take. No long holiday for Kai Shen. Because of that, he had to cancel off his trip to Langkawi with us. *Sigh* ... Pretty sad.

Happy New Year everyone!! And may you have a good year again this year with prosperous blablabla... All the positive things that you could think of. LoL. I don't believe in having a better luck this year. Make an effort in anything you do and not hoping for good luck to drop down from the sky.

Yeah!! 80 gigabyte Maxtor harddisk added in my snail puter. I've been longing to have a new harddisk in my puter, as the space in my puter is very limited before this. But now, I've have too much space and it feels better for me and the puter. Not so laggy as before too. My dad and I did a cleaning for the inner parts of the puter after 6 months of not cleaning. It was really dusty and had to do alot of cleaning. At least it wasn't as bad as Clem and Suet's puter last time when they send their puter to my house for cleaning.

Tomorrow is New Year eve. Very soon 2005 will end and most of us sure reflect on what we did this whole year, especially my year since SPM is over and no more school for us. I really miss the school days and my friends. Haih... sad sad. We hafta move on in life man.

Tomorrow will be my first driving lesson too. Can't wait to go for it cos' I really want to sit in the car and hold the steering and press the acceleration pedal. I know it's only 40-50 km/h, but I really wanna feel how is it sitting in the car and driving around at that speed. Will I fall asleep? I hope the instructor do so that I can speed off at 80 km/h after that. Nyahahahahaha!!

Also, tomorrow is LAN PARTY 2006 in FGA USJ!! Kinda last minute and I don't how many of us will be at the LAN Party. The 24-port hub that I had is really dusty and dunno whether it still works or not. We have been using it for 3 years already and it worked for all those years. This time I will bring my matress too so that I could sleep comfortably over there, but there is a big chance that I will still end up sleeping on the floor or on the sofa. Blueh~~ It will be cold too.

And, my friends and I will be having breakfast at 7AM!!! A breakfast together before one of my friend, Ryui Bynn leaves for 3 months of National Service. Can't have it later in the morning cos' he gotta rush off to Midvalley before 9AM I think. Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... Have to wake up early. I shall not too complain much about it though. After breakfast, it will be music practice at 10AM for Thanksgiving Night in church.

My friend in Japan is currently really enjoying his stay in Japan, as now he is staying with one of the rich family. Get to sit Honda NSX and speeding at 140 km/h on the highway. How syok~ Time passed so fast that he'll be coming back in just a week time. 3 weeks gone just like that, and kids will be back to school!! =P

Oh well, I've to sleep really early, as you can see that there will be alot of things happening tomorrow, especially the LAN Party 06 which will be on the whole night and morning. Need a goodnight rest!! Pray for healthy mind and body and strength!!

PLAYING NOW : JOSH GROBAN & CHARLOTTE CHURCH - THE PRAYER

Christmas Christmas Christmas!! Such a joyous time to celebrate Jesus' Birthday, getting presents, having party, and so on. This year's Christmas is much normal to me as usual, but I joined the church choir this time and we did our best to perform on the 23rd-25th of December... 3 nights of carolling. It was tiring and I don't think I'll be sing the choir next year =P This year for me is enough.

Jess held a party... more like a gathering and some of my school friends went for it, along with Jess' relatives. Not sure whether every of her relatives was there, but I don't think so. We had a good time eating and chatting away. Manage to fly Esther's brother into the pool... That was a good one and it was all Esther's plan!! I can see how 'good' the sister is to her brother. After that, we played a game... a very simple game that is the "Lose, you eat!" game. It goes like, whoever have the smallest number of the card will have to eat 1 piece of banana. The bets are different at times, like biggest number, odd numbers, etc. and the punishments were like eating 5 eggs, 3 piece of egg-tarts or whatever it is, etc. It was fun, but I didn't really participate it as my stomach was full due to the roasted lamb that I had in church. The reason we did this game was to finish all the food that was left. In the end, we didn't manage to finish up the whole thing cos there were too many food left. After all the cleaning, we say good bye and thank you to Jess and her family for hosting, and went back home.

I'm getting more lazy to update~ 13 days didn't update. Probably is because of the holidays XD

Starting from A'Famosa, we had a 1 night stay at the bungalow to discuss about next year's Youth Fellowship, and I'm appointed to be in-charge of the YF Rally 2006. I need help on that man. We didn't do anything much on the first day. Just sit down, watch teevee, talk talk talk and so on. Next day, went off to Wet Park in A'Famosa and spent 2 hours there before we head back home and sleep.

Next up, I sat for the Ujian KPP last Friday with my friend. Thank God that I manage to pass the exam, eventhough it was kinda easy and questions repeating again. Thanks to the CD given by Metro. I wonder if even Metro suppose to give out that CD. I'll be starting my first driving lesson on the 31st of December. Yeah, starting late cos' too many people already.

Last Saturday, my best friend left to Japan for the Youth Exchange program. Other friends and I planned a "surprised" farewell for him (He's only gone for 3 weeks) and we manage to "Boohoo" him when we met him in the toilet. He was totally surprised because he thought that we weren't coming. We lied to him that we have to attend for some dinner... something like that. After that, lepak in McD for a while before he left to Japan. His mum was really worried whether he could take care of himself. In the end, we left from KLIA to Murni and ate our dinner there before Clem fetched all of us (Me, Shawn and Andy) back home.

Tomorrow, I'll be performing for Pakistan Earthquake Charity 2005 in KL. The whole event is 3 hours long and all are just performance. No dinner or anything. Hope it won't be too boring or something since it's 3 hours of performance only.

Tomorrow it will be an important day for 1990 kids. Yeah, PMR RESULTS ARE OUT TOMORROW!! I did a bet with Begonia that she will spend me an ice-cream if she get straight As... wahahahaha. Hoping that she'll get it. I'm praying for all those PMR students to score the best results, and also wishing good luck, even though I don't really believe in luck. Oh well... Still hoping to get good results.

LAN PARTEH 2006!!!!! will be on the 31st December 2005 again? Better confirm the date again, but whose in-charge of it?!...

Committee Retreat to A'Famosa, Melaka tomorrow!! Yeah, I'm going for a 1 day and 1 night retreat with a group of friends from my church to discuss plans and stuffs for 2006, and also to enjoy ourselves, especially the Wet Park XD This would be my first holiday out of Selangor since SPM is over. I'm looking forward to the Langkawi trip too with my schoolmates, but I have not book the air ticket yet (We are flying to Langkawi... Thanks to AirAsia for offering promotion). Better book it soon before I can't spend my last holiday (I hope it's not the last =.=) with my schoolmates. As far as I know, 10 of us will be going together for 3 days, 2 nights stay. Please correct me if I'm wrong guys.

Since SPM, my mum kept telling me to clear up my room and shelf that was filled with books. As usual, my reply goes "Later la mum"... Which ended up the next day and the following day and so on. But today!! It's an amazing day. Why?! Because I've cleared up my room and throw all the unwanted books away!! Well, I didn't really clear up my room. My work was only 5% which is to carry the papers and books and stuffs to the car and recycle, while my mum's work was 95%, stacking all the books in the plastic bags and tie-ing them up together. Look's like my mum couldn't stand the books in my room and decided to just clean it up for me. THANK YOU MUMMY!! .... Yeah, I know I'm lazy >_> What to do... I'm really in the holiday mood.

Today I registered the "seminar undang" thingy with Wai Hong. We will be sitting for that 5 hours seminar this Sunday, and I guess I've to skip church for once. Hope to get my driving license as soon as possible.

LAN PARTEH 2006!!!! When are we having it? Whose planning it? Where will it be? Who will be in the parteh? How many comps will there be? Are you ready for it? Oh man... According to Dekkie, Defense of the Ancient (DotA) will be 1 of the main games that we will be playing during the LAN Parteh... and I have not been playing for months, except last night when I went to cafe and DotA till 2AM with the DotA kakis (Church friends... See, we go out till late night too XD). Obviously kena trashed like nobody's business. I broke the best record though during the first game... Kill 0, Death 9.... Yeah, that's how noob I was in DotA. Have to train abit here and there before the LAN Parteh 2006!!

Time pass by very fast, and SPM is over. 3 weeks gone.. Just like that. Oh well, no more schooling already, and no more SMK USJ 8... NO MORE PUAN RUBY!! WAHAHAH!! Which means no more chatting and meeting friends too!!! Oh wait... nonono we will still meet each other for sure =)

I know alot of my friends who knows what are they gonna do after SPM, and some not. Either wanna go IT, business, mass-com, or engineering etc. Quite a few people asked me about that too.

I'm very sure that I'll be involve with the IT field, but not sure what course I really wanna do. I have not look through the IT courses that they have offered in colleges. Better look at it as soon as possible since SPM is over and free now. Currently I'm looking forward to study in APIIT (If my parents have teh cash). Before that, I have to take my driving license >.<>_>"

Another question that my friends asked what am I gonna do for 3 months, until the result is out? Answer: Probably I'll just sit down in front of the puter and rot myself with Maple o.O Would this be a good answer? Haha, I don't know. Work? I'm kinda lazy... Unless I do puter work, then yes XD

Why do I say I'm so relax? Well, on Thursday after Physics, I never study at all and sticked to the puter throughout the whole day. Same goes to Saturday, and Saturday was a very interesting day. Here goes the short story:

During the afternoon, my family and I wanted to go over to my bro's new house to fix more lights and fan so that his house could be ready to be shifted in. On the way to his house, my mum asked me whether I wanna eat cos she was scared that I'm hungry. I replied that I want an ice-cream, but she kept quiet, which means no where that they are going to stop somewhere to get me an ice-cream, unless we stop at the petrol kiosk.

The journey continued until traffic light at Sunway where the cars would wanna make a U-turn and head on to Sunway Pyramid. At that junction, my dad looked at the petrol meter, which seems alright, but beside the petrol meter was the temperature meter. Guess what, my dad's expression was like "OMG WHAT THE WALAU EH OH NO BOOHOOOO" cos the meter was touching RED and he saw smoke coming out from the engine. Immediately, we stopped at Sunway Menteri Park (Something like Sunway's Business Centre) and waited cool the engine down.

While we let the engine to cool down (which takes around 30-45 minutes), we sat at McDonald and my mum got me an ice-cream. I was thinking, was it God that heated up the engine so that I could get my ice-cream... LOL!!! Well I don't think so =p My dad found out that the switch for the radiator fan wasn't working. So he got it somehow to work by by-passing the switch, which is connecting the battery straight into the radiator.

In the end, we didn't make it to my bro's house cos it was already late (only 5PM) and went back home.

SPM - Week 1

BM wasn't good... The paper was tough and the unexpected question in the Novel section came out. Maths, BI, Physic and History are quite alright, wasn't as hard as I expected. Just that Sejarah questions were all amazing... None of the 6-8 spotted topics came out.

Today is the last day for this week, and the SPM schedule is kinda relax already. Next paper will be on next Tuesday and Wednesday. I feel like I'm in the merdeka mood, but still have the semangat to study.

Yes, SPM SPM SPM coming already!! I'm not nervous, but excited about it. It's been a long time since I'm waiting for SPM!! Not because I'm ready or what... I just want SPM to be over as fast as possible.

Had a good dinner at Pizza Italia tonight before SPM starts. It was a good dinner and full... thanks to the lasagna. I wonder if I can continue my studies after this.

Looks like the countdown to SPM is done for now, and the new countdown is up, which is the day to really relax for 3 months until the result is out. I'm not sure whether I can score good grades, but I know I'll give my best shot for this SPM.

Next up, I'm wishing all the best to all SPM candidates!!! Sleep early, drink lots of water, and still can play online game of course XD

"I'm not gonna take a break!!"..... Okay, I don't think I can do that anymore, as it will make me kinda crazy and moody plus headache if I don't take a break from my studies. So I've plan to slot in a 30-45 minutes break time in the evening and after dinner. It felt better when I did that for yesterday's schedule. I didn't manage to get up early in the morning recently for jogging... Too tired and lazy to do so.

And guess what, I still got plans to go out even though SPM is near!!! It wasn't my plan to go out by the way. This Friday will be my nephew's (I'm his uncle =.=") 1st year birthday. I've to go of course, if not my parents will slaughter me. The following day, I will be going to my bro's house to help him clean up the whole house along with my parents. It will be a tiring day.

A group of church friends (You know who you are) and I went to Glad Tidings last night to check out Guy Sebastian (Australian Idol) and his band doing a live concert on his latest album. The whole event was organised well and it went smoothly... Just that they started 5 minutes late XD About the PA system, no comments about it, but it sounds alright to me, while my dad's friend who was there said it was bad o.O The band?? Eng Park said it's normal and so-so... The beat and rhythm wasn't tight enough. The church was packed and the message was teh good stuff~

Cheryl Ngiam also reminded me about my Surat Perjanjian on the way back and she said I broke the perjanjian. I thought so too when she told me about that, but I looked through it again, and I didn't actually break the Perjanjian yet.

Might use the online game time for jogging in the morning, if I get to wake up before I start to study. According to my friend, your mind will be more active after you exercise. PLAYING NOW : FINAL FANTASY VII SOUNDTRACK - CLOUD SMILES

Yesterday was the day where the SPM students in my school (including me) came to school to find out our position in the hall to face the war of the century for year 1988 students. I came late to school around 9AM, but the late wasn't late enough as our lovely Ruby was on her super power mode to talk all kinds of nonsense during the SPM taklimat. As I came in from the backdoor of the school, I hid myself by sitting on the stairs blocked by the Malaysian flag. I didn't wanna sit for the taklimat as it wasn't important at all!! I came to just take the SPM slip. Even though I hid myself, a teacher spotted me while she was on her way to the taklimat also. Physically, I look tired that morning, as I slept 5AM on the previous night, but mentally, I was like "OMG!! TEACHER SPOTTED ME!! I'M DEAD!! I'M DEAD!!!".

Teacher : Jonathan (Wah... she knows my name), why are you sitting here?? You should be at the taklimat.

Me : I came late teacher and I didn't wanna go for that taklimat thingy. So I sat here to wait for the taklimat to finish.

Teacher : Eh... The SPM taklimat is very important. You should go. Come come, let's go together cos I've to go for that taklimat also.

Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...... First time I heard those words from a teacher in school. I seriously thought I'll be brought to the discipline teacher and get some penalty marks. Instead, she instructed me to follow her to that taklimat. As the result, Ruby who was still on her speech didn't suspect me for coming late as I was walking beside a teacher. So I just sat down with a group of friends at the back and chat with them during the SPM taklimat.

Phew... Glad didn't get caught for coming late. After the SPM taklimat, we have to arrange our table for SPM. When I entered the hall, I remembered during PMR time... Exactly the same, but this time is SPM. And guess what... I'll be sitting right in front of the invigilators!! Behind me is Shawn, the big guy in my class.

18 more days to SPM... GOOD!! I'm kind of bored waiting for SPM to start and wanting for SPM to finish as soon as possible. Not because I've studied all and prepared for it, but I'm just bored of waiting!!!!
Even though SPM is near, this weekend I'm quite busy... mostly going out for the whole day and Children's day in church. Will I be busy during SPM time too?? Well, I hope not.

Time for me to continue on my studies. STUDY LOVES ME!!!

Surat Perjanjian JonLoh 2005

I, Jonathan Loh, the son of my father and my mother and the brother of my brother and the master of my cat, Baby would like to cut down every activity except:-

1. Eat
2. Sleep
3. Bath
4. Church
5. Mamak
6. Online!
7. Sports

and start the intensive study everyday (except Sunday) at 9:00am until SPM is over (14 November - 2 December 2005). Provided the music must be on throughout the intensive study time.

The "online" activity includes chat, edit and update Hidden Street, blog and check e-mails only. That means online game (MapleStory and Counter-Strike) will be cut down to 90% (Only 30-45 minutes of online gaming daily).

The place for the intensive study is in my room on the study table with computer on. If the room reaches the hot temperature (x degree Celcius), the air-cond should be on to cool down the room and provide a better environment and cooler temperature for better concertration during study time.

It isn't a "must" to go to school everyday. Permission is granted by my father and my mother to stay at home and study, as home is more comfortable to study. But still, it's better to go to school once in a while to let the teacher know that you still exist on earth.

I will face the consequences (guilty for not studying, bad results for SPM, and not a bright future ahead) if I ever break the Surat Perjanjian JonLoh 2005. Therefore, I shall never break any points that I said.

Estee B'day | Bacteria Farm

PLAYING NOW : UTADA HIKARU - DAREKA NO NEGAI GA KANAU KORO

Last few days, which is on a beautiful Sunday was Estee's birthday. Went to pyramid with Clement, Andy, Heng Li, Kai Tzin, Edmund, Geok Leng, Geok Leng's bro, Estee, Suet Li, JessLoi and Sarah. We did nothing much there... Just watch Flight Plan (It's a good show, and it has a complicated storyline, not that complicated though), eat lunch at Manhattan together, arcade for a while and walk around... Got quite a few interesting pictures that we took which can be seen in JessLoi's blog. After that, got home... oh wait.. before I got home, my cousin belanja her family and my family seafood dinner in Teluk Gong. The "todi" or watever it is, a.k.a. coconut wine rocksss~~~ Good thing I didn't get drunk on that night even though I drank 2 and a half glass of it. I wonder if alkohol percentage isn't that high. Oh well, I enjoy that night though. Thank you Christine!!! =)

Well well well, Suet Li's comp came to my house to have a reformat cos her comp got tons of spyware/adaware/trojans/bugs, and Clem's comp also came to my house to have his harddisk checked (more info about his harddisk, visit his blog). I didn't know that if you don't service your CPU, you'll have a so-called 'Bacteria Farm' growing thicker and bigger within your CPU fans. 3rd of October is where PMR begins for all the 1990 students in Malaysia. I wonder how many PMR candidates are there in Malaysia... I didn't bother to check it out though. By the way, today I went to school, unlike last year where I ponteng throughout the whole week (If I'm not mistaken =/) Suppose to arrange the pages for school magazine today, but ended up staying in class studying and chatting away with my friends. Surprisingly, 65% of the class came today... it's also amazing to see the whole RO a.k.a. MapleStory a.k.a. DotA a.k.a. Online game gang today in class, but as usual, they chatted away with their current game, which is MapleStory, instead of DotA.

After some time, my school's counsellor, En. Khushairi came into my class and asked who is "pakar dalam penggunaan internet". Immediately, the 3 girls (SuetLi, JessLoi and Estee) put up their hands (I think, I was just coming back from the toilet) and said that they use internet alot. Some even suggested En. Khushairi that Clem and I should go too. So he told us to meet up in the Multimedia Lab (It's the lab where some of you can see me online in the morning when I'm in school, using WebMessenger). All of us thought that our school's counsellor need some help in fixing internet line or something or teach him how to use it... We just do not know.

Once we have reached the Multimedia Lab, En. Khusairi asked us to use any comp and he said this, "Main internet la sebanyak yang boleh". Wow... Main internet?? He said that because he wanted to do a survey or interview about using the internet in the Multimedia Lab. We got 30 minutes to "main internet". We got nothing to do, so just surf around here and there... the girls visited blogs, while Clem and I sorted out the Hidden Street's forum, and En. Khushairi was listening to some Mawi song =.=" Don't know where he get the song and it keeps on repeating for 30 minutes. Supposed to do the interview after that at the end of the day, but I cabut from school to home around 1PM, since got nothing to do... Yeah, I know... I ponteng... I'm a notty boy.. muahahahahahaa

Anyway, dad just bought a Nokia 2600 last night. Its a basic phone with basic function, and my dad seems to be very happy with it, since he was using his non-colour Sagem Handphone for around 4-5 years before this. He was playing with it until late night... Jakun I guess, never use colour screen handphone before =p

My body is falling apart and my whole right hand is really heavy now. Why? All because of today's badminton in SS13 Sri Sedaya >_>" Had some kinda of competition organised by my church and Youths In Christ is one of the team in the competition. We targeted to get 4th place again. Unfortunately, we got knock out in the first round already =.=" I played for men's double and I feel totally noob compare to futsal... Dahlah futsal I'm noob already. Haven't play badminton for about 6-7 months if I'm not mistaken. Thank God for Uncle Chew to team up with me and didnt lose the match badly (For more info, we lost 16-21). All of the team members did a great job though =D and tough matches >.<

Oh yes, good news and I've a testimony to say here. Sorry I didn't testify it in YiC, cos I just remembered about it XD Well, my friend who "studied-too-hard" until admitted hospital is now doing fine at home! Yeap... I saw her last Friday in school, when I just realized she was sitting at the back talking with my friends. Heard from my friends that she is still kinda weak, and climbing up a flight of stairs is like climbing up a mountain for her. That shows she is not 100% cure yet. Still praying for Allah to UsHz her XD

Argh...!! It's really kinda hard to type when one of my hand isn't working well and heavy and tired. What happenes if my right hand isn't working at all? I don't wanna know about it. And there is EST test tomorrow... GREAT!! My right hand is gonna get more UsHz for writing more. Hope I dont end up in hospital when my right hand breaks or something =P What if I don't take EST tomorrow?? Curi keluar and do school magazine work, but I doubt so... cos my EST teacher will give a lecture on the percentage of pass and fail for EST to me if I don't take the paper. So what other choice can I do?? Suggested by my friends: Shooooooooooooooooooooooooot the 40 questions in 10 minutes for Paper 1 and Paper 2 in 30 minutes... *Evil grin*

Last 2 days I went out with my 3 schoolmates to Pyramid, just to chill out there and eat Ichiban Ramen!! Did nothing much there... Just walk around the whole Pyramid and play arcade. Couldn't find the iPod Nano to check it out =P

The next day I went out to Pyramid again with SiDeWaYz and the Ng sisters. We watched a Korean show, She's On Duty. Kinda funny show and overall it wasn't that bad. Thanks to Mr. Chai Khee Wah for his lunch in Kim Gary ^^!!! Yum yumZ~

After the movie, I reached home at 5PM and went out again at 6PM with my family to check out my brother's new empty house in Sri Hartamas... It's a condominium though =) It took 3-4 years for the condominium to be completed. Also, the bungalows overthere were sweeeeeeeet~ Hope I get to own it one day XD The house that my bro bought was big for a condominium. One thing that was weird about this condominium was that the 6th floor of this apartment is the Lobby =.=" And my brother's house was located at the 6th floor... Very near to the swimming pool.

Then today, I didn't study much as usual... Still busy with the school magazine work, and today we manage to take our Editorial Board picture under the very-teh-HOT sun, and also other pics that will be up in my class senior page ^_^ I'm close to complete the whole school magazine. Hope to be done by this week >_>"

SPM Trial - Over

At last SPM trial is over which last for 2 weeks. I can get some good rest for now but not long, and have to get back to the "study momentum" as soon as possible. Some schools haven't finish their SPM trial yet... too bad =P I heard most of the SPM trial in other school will end by this Friday. I also got back some results today and errr... They are "so-so". I'm surprise that today many of my friends have declared their own holiday... How great, while I have to go to school and do the magazine stuffs and all =_=" By the way, I don't think I can take my own holiday too.

Last few days I was thinking about getting the iPod Nano. It's kinda cool, as you can see it in my previous post. I talked to my dad about it, and he told me that I could get one of those with the money that I have earned, but what keeps on playing in my mind is his words, "You better think properly before you buy, you better think properly before you, you better think properly before buy." That "you better think properly before you buy" makes me think a couple of times whether I should get it or not. My dad gave me an advised on "Financial Management" too after that...

"I won't stop you from buying if you really want it so much, but buying that kinda thing (referring to the iPod Nano) for such a high price isn't worth it at all. Why don't you buy other MP3 players? (Info: iPod Nano is a MP3 player) Creative Zen isn't that bad, or Sony that is cheaper and good, or your guitar etc etc... Since you have the exact amount to buy the iPod, you will waste it all on just one expensive MP3 which might be the same quality as other MP3s. Usually this iPod Nano is for premium only... where really rich people will get it, that's how they manage to earn alot from there. If you can manage your money well, you will be able to use it later to buy more stuffs than just an iPod, and also with satisfaction (Can't remember what he said exactly, but it's something like that)."

I'm kind of disappointed after that when I realized it might be not worth buying the iPod. Oh well, not to say that my dad is stopping me from buying the iPod. I can straight away take the money from the bank and get it one right away. BUT, I know that hearing an advise from ma' old man is more worth it than just the lil' iPod Nano, and who knows... It might bring lots of benefit to me next time ;)

Before I stop here, I would like to say that FINAL FANTASY 7 : ADVENT CHILDREN is a must to watch!

My fren, Clem ordered a Final Fantasy VII : Advent Children 1-2 weeks ago and the DVD is expected to arrive at his door step by next week or next 2 weeks... WoooT!! It'll be the best movie ever to watch, but Japanese version =.=" Great, I guess I'll just enjoy the graphics and fighting while I hear what they are crapping when I borrow the FF7 : AC from clem~

SPM Trials

PLAYING NOW : M-FLO loves BOA - LOVE BUG

Bleeeehhh~ SPM trial started last Thursday, right after Merdeka day. The SPM trial papers weren't easy, as I expected. I did revision during the past few weeks till the day SPM trial starts especially Biology. Unfortunately, today's biology paper 1 and 2 was torturing, and the questions weren't easy to understand and to answer. Does this mean I didn't study enough? Well, maybe I didn't. Tomorrow is AddMaths 1 and 2... which I expect it will another torturing paper for the whole morning. Have to study so much for it until I got stressed up.

Speaking about stress, some of you guys (church fwens) didn't know about the story of my friend (It's a she) who got so stress until admitted to hospital ("OMG!! JoN?! You're serious?!). The doctor said that she didn't have enough salt (or garam mineral... not sure) in her body when she was admitted to hospital. My friends said that her feet got swollen and couldn't walk. As the day goes by, her condition got worst, where some time she can't even think why she's in a hospital and she'll just go blank. Because of all this, she won't be able to take the SPM trial and also this year's SPM! (OmG!! JoN?! You're serious?!)... She have to take the SPM next year cos now her condition is still bad, even though she's better when my teacher visited her yesterday or last 2 days.

So, don't ever study too hard. The pressure and stress is "amat dahsyat". Have consistent study everyday, and drink lots of water XD (It's a piece of advise for me too)

Back to study.

P.S. Please correct me if the story about my friend is incorrect.

Kami telah menghabiskan banyak masa di sana dengan cakap kosong. Meja kami merupakan meja yang paling bising sekali, kerana salah seorang daripada rakan saya yang bernama Esther banyak cakap pada malam tadi sampai ada yang pindah ke meja lain XD Saya sendiri pun tak boleh tahan dan telah pindah ke meja bersama rakan-rakan saya yang telah pindah meja.

The image is kinda blur, but an alert message from windows popped up and told me that my C: is having very space left (On the bottom right). If you can't see how much space my C: left, it's only 86.4MB left... 86.4MB!!! And C: is for the OS to run. What happens if it reaches 0 MB? Will Windows XP crashed? LoL hope not. Nowadays my computer is kinda slow and lag at times, especially when loading programs like Macromedia Dreamweaver and Adobe Photosop as it takes alot of resources from the computer. Bahhh, I guess it's time to sort out my files properly and reformat my comp... after SPM XD No time to do those kinda stuffs now. Trials starting this Thursday, right after "Merdeka day"... Yea, no Merdeka for me I guess. Study study study study~

Yesterday's church anniversary was good. Everything went on smoothly, except for 1 of the game which took quite long to finish... around 15 minutes. My dad couldn't make it yesterday to do the PA system. Therefore, I've to help out and do the PA system >_>" Thanks to Eng Park, Khee Wah, Eric, Caxton for carrying the PA system from church to the field and back to church. Also, thanks to Jared and Li Teng for helping out with the PA while I'm off to do some video-ing. Thank God for a wonderful weather too on that day =D

I've done uploading the church's anniversary video that I took yesterday. My dad will be doing some editing before it will be distributed to the organising committee.

Okay, I'm now changing from MSN Spaces to Blogspot cos blogspot have more freedom to edit your own templates etc., which I can test out some of my designs here for fun.

As for the opening ceremony for this new fresh blog, I'll start off the topic about the website that my friend and I did =P This morning I was checking out stats for the site, which I haven't been checking it for quite some time since the site experience it's "worst nightmare"... down time >.< As you can see the image above, this stat program from the site was implemented into the server during June. I was kind of surprise to see how much Hits it was on the month of July... 117 million, and 11 million Pages loaded =.=" And during August, we had the worst downtime ever and have to upgrade to a better server (That is why you see ZEROs in the month August). Still, the server can't take it, and in the end, as I said earlier, we have to change to another host which provides better server. This new server that we had is called a dedicated server. We rent from one of the big company, and had to do everything by ourselves. Before this, we got the old host to help us out, as it is not a big company, and more to like a "1-man-show" company. So he kinda help us out in setting up the server. Glad that a 15 years old kid from US helped us out with sorting out the new dedicated server and everything went on smoothly as we wanted.

Well that's all to brag about Hidden Street =P School holiday is ending and trials coming up. What should I do now =D
